The primary task of the consular days is to bring the simplified naturalization process and the possibilities provided by the “Magyary Simplification Program”, by overcoming distances closer to those US citizens of Hungarian origin whose interests have been raised.

Other services beyond the simplified naturalization process that will be performed are passport applications, birth, marriage, divorce and death registration, address registration and Hungarian citizenship related cases. At extramural consular days short term temporary passports cannot be issued due to the lack of technical conditions.

Please check our website for further information on each consular case (supporting documents, fees...etc.) At extramural consular days only cash is accepted and there is an extra administrative fee (16 USD) on the original ones per case.
