Husaria Naas will be hosting two days of seminars with:

Multi World & European medallist, BJJ Black Belt
These seminars are open to any club interested and will focus mainly on improving leg locks.

There are four 3hr workshops;
Saturday :10:00 -13:00 && 18:00-21:00
Sunday : 10:00-13:00 && 15:00-18:00

On Saturday March 11th, we will also be hosting a free inter club sparring session open to all Bjj&MMA players, followed by a grading.
Sparring session : Saturday -> 13:00-15:00
Grading : Saturday -> 15:00-16:00
