Iona Fyfe is regarded by many as having the best Celtic voice of the younger generation of Scottish Singers.
From Huntly in Aberdeenshire, Iona Fyfe combines modern contemporary Folk music with the traditions of the haunting ballads of the North East of Scotland.
Iona currently studies traditional music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is a finalist in the BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year competition for 2017. She has performed extensively at Festivals such as Celtic Connections, the Perthshire Amber Festival and the Dundee Celt Fest.
The Iona Fyfe Trio also includes the outstanding young guitarist and songwriter, Luc McNally, as well as Charlie Grey on fiddle.
