Apologies to those who struggled last Friday with traffic. It would have been nice to have the luxury of an extra heat of GT12, but we were too busy to squeeze it in.
Some news:
2017 Club membership is now available. The price has dropped £5 since last year to £15, and for that you get £1 off each race meeting, entry in the club championship and voting rights. You can download a form here http://www.newburyrcclub.co.uk/join.htm
2017 BRCA membership is also available. This has gone up to £20. You may need to re-register on their website as they have recently cleared their membership database https://www.brca.org/join
If you can bring the right money with you that'd be a big plus as I gave out just about every coin the club had last week.
Because the track is in use for a 1/12th practice session on Saturday, we can leave the track, tables and chairs in place. So no packing away. Yay. Consequently there won't be the extra £1 top pay up front.
