The Men's & Women's Indoor 6's Puget Sound Regional Adult Championships will be held on Sunday, April 14th at The Five12 and Sunrise Courts in Puyallup, WA. AA/A and BB/B levels are offered for both the Men's & Women's Divisions.

TEAM ENTRY FEE PAYMENTS
Payment must be received to confirm team participation.

Team Entry Fee payments can be made via PayPal at: http://psrvb.org/adult-event-entry-form , or by mailing a check to the PSR Office.

Teams will be confirmed in order by Date / Time Receipt of Payment. Teams will be listed as pending until payment has been received, at which point the team will be changed to Confirmed on the Adult Event Entry Status page of the PSR Website: http://psrvb.org/adult-event-entry-status .

PRIZES
$400 towards USAV or NCVF Nationals. Teams not traveling to Nationals will receive T-Shirts as an alternate prize.

ALL REGIONAL TEAM
MVP's and All Star players will be selected and recognized for their outstanding play.

USA VOLLEYBALL MEMBERSHIP
Every participant must have a current 2013 USA Volleyball Adult Membership, the Adult USA Membership (non-juniors related) has been reduced to $35. Single Day USA Memberships will be offered at $10, and must be completed online prior to the event.
