The sun rises over East Sands. A lone seagull cries. In the cold morning light, wave after wave of brave, brave souls charges headlong into the icy sea. So noble. So majestic. They say it is "tradition".
It's that time of year again folks, RockSoc does May Dip!
We'll be starting the night with a house party at 102B South Street (near the Rule). You can find it at the top of the stairs at the very end of the close, or simply follow the sounds of awesome music, laughter and debauchery.
After this we'll be heading to East Sands at around 2am for a bonfire, where RockSoc's own home-grown band, Saint Cyanide, will be serenading us as we huddle together for warmth like penguins.
After this, there's just the small matter of hurling ourselves into the freezing North Sea...
Make sure to bring spare clothes, towels, warm things, and don't forget to BYOB! We'll keep the bonfire going as long as we can. This is one of our last events of the year, so let's make it a good one!
