SUMO presents BATTLE OF THE BANDS

and no don't worry - it's not just a load of crappy bands battling it out on stage, it's the one where you fight for your favourite band to be crowned the best band of them all in history ever...

Here's the score...

- ROCK YOUR FAVOURITE BAND T-SHIRT on the night for £5 entry instead of £6, until 12am - after that you'll have to pay £6.

- FIND SOME BAND FRIENDS - ooo band friends. If you find 2 other people with the same band t-shirt on, gather them & come to the DJ box together we HAVE to play a song by them. They're the rules, and we make em, so we'll stick by em. (....within reason)

- FACEBAND - Comment your favourite band on our facebook post. The band with most comments gets 3 songs played back to back at midnight AAAAND we'll pick 5 people at random from the comments to win a £10 bar tab.

- GIVE-AWAY - We'll be dropping inflatable guitars from above your heads on the night. ONLY ONE will have a special note attached. If you find it, hold it tight & bring it to the DJ box for a £30 HMV voucher to spend on music/ merch by your favourite baaaand.
