Keeping the Southeast chilled out and funky. Captain EZ has been developing a unique sound under the downtempo funk umbrella with his distinctive blend of ghetto funk, glitch, glitch-hop, future bass, hip hop, funk, nu-funk, and chillout. Since 2002 he has been working behind the scenes in the Southeast and has been a driving force promoting underground artists and shows in an above-ground way, steadily uniting tribes and communities as he goes. He loves to set the tone at the beginning of an evening or bring the swagger straight to the dance floor. Whether it's late night or early morning, Captain EZ will catch the mood of the crowd, grab a hold of you and take you on a smooth and funky journey to Groove Central. Adam Bombthreats (AVL) Wise Guise, Ashevillionaires

Originating from Greensboro NC, Adam Bombthreats (formerly Adam Wiglesworth) has recently sprouted roots as an Asheville NC native since early spring 2015. Adam has long been a diligent participant behind the scenes to bring quality underground music and acts across the southeast for well over a decade now. His passion for contributing towards each event’s overall success and enjoyment to those attending, combined with his decade and a half spent meticulously honing his particular and unique signature sound and skills has led him to playing stages all over the eastern US as well as across the world, even having taken a yearlong residency in Taipei, Taiwan. Over the years Adam has shared stages alongside acts such as Glitch Mob, Dieselboy, DJ Dara, AK1200, DJ Icey, Baby Ann, Jen Lasher, Feed Me, DJ Funk, Astral Projection, and many others. Never one to stay in one place too long, musically Adam’s sets have a tendency for running the gauntlet across just about any and all styles and genres of music. Expect anything from trip hop to techno, garage to footwork, most likely arriving at some level of future forward-thinking vibes which even Adam himself would struggle to classify. Fundamentally opposed to playing his music the same way twice, his sets truly showcase the magic which can only come of unplanned and impromptu performances, each one specifically dialed in and evolving with every new crowd and performance. What is certain is that if you do get the chance to watch this guy in action, be sure you take it and each time you’ll get to witness something different, a one-a-kind dance floor thrill ride never to be repeated or replicated.
