A standup comedian since 1997, Adam has performed all over Australia, Britain and the USA. He began his gossip queen career as Triple J's Mister Bitch. In 2014 Adam became a team captain with Ella Hooper on the all-new Spicks and Specks hosted by Josh Earl on ABC TV.

Adam has appeared on Can of Worms, Chelsea Lately, Rove and Tractor Monkeys. He is the co-writer and co-star of the ABC TV comedy series Outland, about a group of gay science fiction fans. He is also a producer and presenter of podcasts The Shelf (with Justin Hamilton) and The Poofcast (with Scott Brennan and Toby Sullivan, aka Talking Poofy).
