Everyone is welcome to come out to our open house and see our new location and enjoy some free bbq (hotdogs and hamburgers) and pop.
WE ARE LOCATED AT 6310 HOOD STREET
On Sat Sept 20th from 11am to 4pm we will be there training, along with club owners Ray and Rhonda McKinnon there will be lots of BK instructors around
Kids Jujitsu 10-11 Adult Jujitsu 11-12:30 Taekwondo 12:30 to 2;30, BJJ 2:30 TO 4:30 and MMA/conditioning class 4pm to 6pm (overlaps end of BJJ) All are welcome to stop by and say hi, take part in any class you like and see our new spot.
