Party: Hope Sweet EP Launch by Blended Generations

For Roger Price and his co-writer, Ola Milena the 26th of November marks a milestone in a project they began two years ago. That is the official launch of the Blended Generations EP "Hope Sweet".

For the last two and a half years Ola Milena and Roger Price have been working in this very special collaboration. Together they created a 6 track EP that deals with the idea of HOPE though different streams. Ola wrote the songs from scratch based on Roger's beautifully crafted lyrics. Then she sat in her studio for 3 months on and off and arranged all the tunes for an 11 piece band.

This Sunday at Dizzy's Jazz Club Blended Generations will be offering this creation to your ears!
Due to the size of this HEALING ORCHESTRA this is the ONLY chance to hear the work in a live setting.
The band includes Joel Trigg on piano, Oscar Neyland on double bass, Hannes Lackmann on drums, Elle Shimada and Hilary Hoist on violins, Olivier Stroesser on cello, Jasmine Jarvis on flute, Stephen Byth on clarinet, Juman Juman Juman and Anita Chorowicz on backing vocals and Ola Milena on the main vocal lines.

Ola will open the night with her solo project, Little Petal and take apart the idea of LOVE.

Little Petal is Ola Milena's solo project that focuses on the energy of LOVE. It taps into vulnerability and sensitivity, strength and bravery through stories of connection, relationships and the explorations of the heart space. Crafted with careful poetry, jazzy harmonies and the energy of the feminine the songs of LP invite the listeners to be honest and fearless in the way they connect to their self love and the love they share with others.

"Hope Sweet" is currently streaming on various music channels including iTunes and Spotify. We also cut a limited number of CDs.
When Roger and Ola began this journey they had no idea it would reach this point, but it’s been a great learning experience for both of them and it has allowed them to work with some wonderfully talented people along the way.
