WORDS:
Worldwide event promoters FACT are back in charge at Egg LDN on June 13th, and they bring with them Hector, Hold Youth, Mountain People and Reflow amongst others.

Headliner Hector has come up in old-school fashion: rather than ever releasing a massive hit, he has slowly but surely risen though the ranks from poster boy to Fabric headliner. A lot has happened since he left home and head to London, then more recently LA, from jobs in Phonica to having all his records stolen, via friendships with Loco Dice and handshakes with Justin Bieber in Space Ibiza. The upshot of all that is he now has a healthy discography that takes in moody and spacious minimal, house and techno tracks on labels like Tsuba, Desolat and Inmotion to name a few.

Hold Youth is Seuil & Le Loup, a French pair with a penchant for deep, intricate and minimal house music. It comes on their own eponymous label and the French duo also have a unique sound when it comes to DJ sets, with a lot of hype surrounding the pair at the mo.

Next up is Swiss deep house duo Mountain People, aka André Schmid and Philippe Egger. They release on their own eponymous label and have a sound that is moody, emotive and sedcutive, whether in the booth or the studio.

Reelow is a Hungarian-born, Barcelona-based DJ whose speciality is churning prowling bass lines and indelible riffs into dance floor- shaking hits. Entering the tech house underground scene in 2011, he has continued to grow in stature and plays on the biggest club stages in the world.
