Mixed seafood plate consisting of fresh prawns, 2 natural oysters, 2 kilpatrick oysters, smoked salmon roulade and lemon aioli
Smoked chicken and citrus salad - medley of rocket and baby spinach, grapefruit, orange and pomegranate, drizzled with a champagne dressing

Mains
250g scotch fillet steak cooked to your liking served with cheesy bacon potato skins, brocolli, baby carrots and mushroom ragout
Fresh Atlantic salmon with coconut rice cakes, Asian greens and drizzled with orange and soy glaze

Dessert

Share plate of puff pastry apple rose, banana fritter with rum and butterscotch sauce, vanilla ice cream ball and rich chocolate mousse
